Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  1. Act as the primary strategic interface between Digital Transformation and all Front-Office functions (Marketing, Sales, Parts & Service Commercial), translating business needs into digital requirements across CRM, e-commerce, and customer-engagement platforms.

2. Lead the execution of the Front-Office digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with key initiatives such as CRM Lead–Offer–Won optimization, sales funnel integration, and e-commerce evolution.

3. Drive and manage strategic digital projects impacting customer acquisition, sales productivity, marketing automation, customer experience, and digital channel performance.

4. Coordinate and govern all change-management activities, ensuring users adopt new tools and processes through structured communication, training, and readiness programs.

5. Own incident, problem, and service-request management for all front-office digital solutions — including e-commerce, CRM, customer portals, and marketing/sales analytics — ensuring business continuity and SLA performance.

Job requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Digital, or related fields.

• Professional certifications in project management, CRM platforms(Salesforce/Dynamics365), or digital marketing are a plus.

• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, CRM/e-commerce management, sales or marketing technology, preferably in multi-site or multi-country commercial environments.

• Demonstrated experience managing platform incidents, digital operations, or customer-facing applications.

• Experience in coordinating digital roadmaps or cross-functional front-office projects.

• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce/DBS or similar.

• Good understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, marketing automation, customer journey tools.

• Solid grasp of BI/analytics, KPIs and data-quality practices.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to influence commercial teams and drive adoption.

• Structured, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, operationally intensive environment.

• English Language B2+(Additional EU Language a plus)
