Main scope of the role

The candidate:

• will be responsible for infrastructure & workplace operations in a dedicated

geographical zone, will lead relationships with local IT affiliates and will be the main

point of contact for products and services provided by foundations division for local

IT team.

• will manage Foundation projects requesting by sites/affiliates.

Responsabilities & tasks (additional information)

• Manage daily IT operations and maintain operational readiness: Coordinate technical

teams, monitor performance indicators and communicate regularly with stakeholders.

• Manage IT deliveries (including move 2 run) in coordination with the various

stakeholders (project manager, local IT, Affiliates, etc.), validate changes, facilitate

synchronization points and manage operational priorities.

• Continuously improve, optimize and industrial processes and operating methods

within the scope.

• Manage crises, incidents and problems: coordinate teams (subsidiary, branch IT

department, vendors, technical teams, etc.), monitor corrective action plans, lead

problem management committees and communicate regularly.

• Manage external vendors: participate operational committees, monitor contractual

SLAs

• Ensure continuous improvement of services in collaboration with other UIF squads.

• Ensure compliance with the rules defined by the Company, monitor compliance

audits, coordinate remedial actions and apply cyber rules.

• Lead and/or contribute to projects in scope or required by affiliates.

Internal stakeholders

• Interacts with local ITs from worldwide affiliates, Affiliates business partner in

branch SI team and product and services squad members.

• Lead Service Review with stakeholders and participate in the committee when

necessary, with branches SI Team.

Lead and supervise service providers (mainly teams based in India) responsible for operating

OnPremise infrastructure, Telecom and workplace services. Ensuring compliance with

processes, technical and cybersecurity standards.

Candidate's profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.

• Management of contracts.

• Interact effectively with all stakeholders: IT teams, business lines, international

branches, IT managers and external partners.

Educational Background

• Engineer/Master sciences background

Technical skills – tools & technologies

• Advanced expertise in infrastructure components (servers, storage, networking,

workplace, support, etc.)

• Cross-functional knowledge of information systems and ITIL processes (incidents,

problems, changes, etc.)

• Service management (supplier coordination, quality control, etc.)

• Effective communication in a managerial context

• Autonomy, methodical approach, rigor, curiosity, proactivity, resistance to stress
