PO ServiceNow ITOM cloud & GenAI
The candidate will:
Assume full ownership of a product portfolio comprising the ITOM cloud module, and provide strategic leadership for the organization’s vision on GenAI within ServiceNow (currently focused on ITSM, with potential for future expansion).
Be accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle of the product, from initial design through project management to final delivery. This includes managing solution enhancement requests and project demands, delegating execution to project managers, and collaborating with vendors to shape the product roadmap by evaluating upcoming versions and features.
Cultivate and manage relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including the Company’s IT Department, TGX, Business Units, process communities, and application divisions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with fellow ServiceNow Product Owners to foster a unified vision within a dynamic and supportive environment, while proactively addressing ITrelated challenges such as cybersecurity, obsolescence, chatbots, Move2Cloud, and GenAI.
Responsibilities & Key Tasks
• Drive the prioritization of features and enhancements by rigorously assessing business value, strategic alignment, and technical feasibility.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable, well-defined user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
• Provide leadership in backlog refinement and sprint planning, fostering Agile best practices to optimize team performance and delivery cadence.
• Monitor project progress through robust
metrics and reporting, continuously adjusting priorities to maximize the value delivered by the ServiceNow platform.
• Elicit, challenge, and validate business requirements, ensuring they are robust, actionable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Oversee the validation of functional specifications, maintaining strict adherence to platform and governance standards.
• Champion process optimization and simplification initiatives, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ensure all solutions are architecturally coherent and compliant with enterprise governance frameworks.
The Product Owner is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the product:
• Delegate project execution to project managers, ensuring clear accountability and oversight.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and consultants, to deliver high-quality features and timely fixes.
• Proactively manage dependencies and swiftly resolve blockers to maintain
project momentum and delivery commitments. GenAI Change Management
• Lead change management initiatives for GenAI-enabled ServiceNow
products, including user training, support organization, and the implementation of best practices and procedures.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and procedural guidelines to support adoption and operational excellence.
Supplier Relationship Management
• Participate in the development and execution of tender processes,
ensuring supplier selection aligns with strategic objectives.
• Oversee supplier performance, monitoring deliverables for quality and
timeliness, managing SLAs, and ensuring contractual compliance.

On call duty (yes/no)
You will join the POW team, which already includes other Product Owners and the Service Manager of the SNOW platform. You will lead a small group of consultants who support you across various topics (projects, studies, assistance, etc.).

At least 5 years experience in IT Project Management or AI related projects
Educational Background
Engineer background
Technical skills - tools & technologies
Experience in IT project Management
Experience in AI or GenAI projects
-Experience in ServiceNow would be a significant plus (ITSM, now assist, now assist for creator...)
Expertise in projects management
Knowledge in project methodology (AGILE/PRINCE) and ITIL processes
Core softskills
Ability to handle professional pressures
