Job description
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Build scalable and secure canvas apps and custom connectors to meet business requirements.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems, such as SharePoint, Azure, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs.
Design and develop AI-powered bots and conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio or another conversational AI framework.
Create and optimize business processes using Power Automate for workflows and automation.
Design and create comprehensive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse processes, and identify areas for improvement.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
Ensure best practices in Power Platform development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
Monitor and maintain the security, performance, and reliability of deployed solutions in Power Platform.
Manage governance, security, and compliance aspects of Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions, including chatbot lifecycle and access control.
Debug and resolve issues with existing solutions.
Provide technical support and training for end-users.
Job requirements
Mandatory skills
Strong knowledge and experience in Power Platform development, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Strong understanding of M365, Entra ID (Azure AD), SharePoint Online, and Dynamics 365.
Proven experience in integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft and third-party applications.
Knowledge of SQL, Dataverse, and connectors for working with data sources. Also, familiarity with concepts of data modelling.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a passion for automation and digital transformation.
Experience with Copilot Studio or other conversational AI frameworks.
Basic knowledge of Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
Nice To Have
Understanding of security and identity concepts (e.g., service accounts, role-based access).
Experience working in Agile SCRUM teams.
DevOps mindset: version control and deployment experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise.
Experience integrating APIs and working with JSON payloads.
Solid programming knowledge, ideally in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Power Fx.

Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
