Job description
As the process manager RUN, the candidate will lead the communication and deployment of run processes within the division. He/ she will ensure efficiency, quality and performance of these processes, working closely with delivery leads and process owners.
Drive the effective implementation and clear communication of core operational
processes, including incident management, change management, problem management, andconfigurationmanagement,ensuringalignmentwithorganizational standards and best practices.
Oversee the adaptation and application of reference frameworks within the
Division, establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure the integrity and completeness of reference data by coordinatin targeted data quality improvement initiatives in partnership with the central datateam.
Contribute actively to the design and continuous improvement of operationa processes,
proactively recommending simplification and harmonization
opportunities to enhance overall performance.
Guarantee that all processes and operating procedures are thoroughly
documented, regularly updated, and readily accessible to relevant operational teams.
Administer access rights and authorizations within the IT service management platform, maintaining robust controls to safeguard operational integrity.
Assess training requirements and deliver tailored training sessions to support th ongoing development of division personnel.
Collaborate with TGITS/PIT/OPE - process owners and other process managers in each TGITS division
Lead the community of Delivery Leads in MCM
Job requirements
Candidate's profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT
Proven ability to communicate with internal stakeholders, to coordinate
different teams (Process owners and operational team members)
Experience working in an international environment.
Fluency in English and French is required.
Educational Background
Engineer/Master sciences background
Technical skills - tools & technologies
Good understanding of processes, master the change management methodology and to manage IT service management platforms (SNOW)
-ITIL Certification
