Security Architect

We’re looking for a security architect to join our cyber security department and

participate in securing users, products and services.

The security architect will be part of securing SSDLC, as well as securing IT and

cloud services. In addition to securing new technologies and 3rd party

integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the security and privacy architecture and control

standards.

• Have and maintain an expert knowledge of Infosec industry trends and

developments and advise the CISO on changes to the threat landscape.

• Point of contact and expert for security related topics for the R&D and IT

division.

• Master existing security products, improve and identify opportunities to enhance

defense capabilities.

• Lead security remediation risk-based program.

• Integrate with existing agile processes and incorporate cyber security gates and

controls inherently in product development processes.

• Maintain the balance between security and operational efficiencies.

• Identify and propose improvements to the organization’s security posture.

• 5+ years of experience in designing and reviewing architecture solutions to ensure

critical security controls are included in the design.

• Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure, specifically AWS, and a

thorough understanding of its security characteristics.

• At least 2 years software development experience and / or DevOps or least 2

years of experience in cyber security or experience as a developer from cyberoriented

company.

• Strong understanding of security architecture best practices, standards, and

frameworks

• Relevant security and development certifications (CISM, CISSP, OSCP, CEH) –

an advantage

• Expertise in security risk management in a business context with practical

experience developing and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies

• Ability to handle complexity and multitasking

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving company environment

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s

success

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
