About the Role

Join a mission-driven team focused on enhancing discovery and profile experiences in a widely-used mobile app. In this role, you’ll lead product and technical initiatives from concept to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to experiment with innovative features. Your work will directly impact millions of users by shaping the mobile experience with cutting-edge Android practices.

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be able to work with at least 8 hours of overlap during London working hours.

Job requirements

Required Skills

  • Deep experience with Android development, particularly Jetpack Compose

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns

  • Ability to lead end-to-end feature development within a cross-functional team

  • Familiarity with Android architecture and scalable mobile feature design

  • Up to date with modern Android development tools and practices

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Passion for mentoring and empowering other developers

  • High attention to detail and a methodical approach to software design

Bonus Skills

  • Experience working with AI-assisted development tools for prototyping and iteration

  • Background in experimentation frameworks and internal tooling for mobile  - Previous experience integrating features across complex app ecosystems

  • Exposure to remote or hybrid teams and agile development environments
