Main scope of the role

Technical Domain Leader - Identity

The candidate :

  • Oversee Outsourced Services: Manage outsourced service providers located in France and India, including organizing meetings with outsourcers (frequency determined by incident severity), reviewing reporting quality, validating security changes, and assessing feasibility studies.

  • Budget and Procurement Management: Take ownership of security project budgets and purchase orders, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Technical Oversight: Possess in-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft Identity Technologies (Active Directory and Entra ID), ensuring that all technical actions are executed to standard, while not directly performing these actions.

  • Strategic Roadmap Contribution: Participate in biannual roadmap

development, focusing on obsolescence and security to support long-term organizational goals.

  • Security Leadership: Lead all security initiatives related to Microsoft

Technologies (Active Directory and Entra ID), including security audits, project management, vulnerability remediation, and coordination of crisis response and change preparation with both internal (Cyber Teams) and external stakeholders (e.g., HCL, Tata Consulting Services).

  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication and

coordination among all stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

  • Technology Standards Maintenance: Ensure the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of technology standards across the domain.

  • Advisory Role: Provide expert advice on the implementation, deployment, and updating of infrastructure and applications, guaranteeing the successful delivery of IT requirements and the security and integrity of all domain

  • Vulnerability and Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and propose resolutions

for all vulnerabilities and risks associated with Microsoft Technologies (Active

Directory and Entra ID).

  • Provider Collaboration: Engage with service providers to determine and

validate optimal solutions for deployment and implementation.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with the company’s

cybersecurity team and architects to assess risks and develop effective mitigation

strategies.

  • Project Cost Evaluation and Governance: Evaluate project costs and prepare

presentations for committee validation and approval.

  • Interacts with other technical domains and with applicative divisions coordinate day-to-day operation and prioritize vulnerabilities remediation

  • Works with architects and cyber security teams in case of project; major security projects, audit preparation, correction of vulnerabilities

  • Manages contracts (outsourcing / services): supervises outsourcers based in France and India who perform the day-to-day activities, coordinate them (L1 & L2)

  • Relations with publishers and providers of technical solutions to secure the domains

Job requirements

Candidate's profile

  • Between 6 to 10 years of experience in IS and cybersecurity

  • Ability to understand the concepts of cybersecurity such as: risk management,

incident response, cryptography and security frameworks

  • A solid understanding of operating systems

  • Preparation and management of complex changes (on technical domain)

  • Ability to manage projects such as minor or major releases on managed IT

products, product roadmap definition

  • Ability for coordination, organization, risk management and project

management

Engineer background

Technical skills - tools & technologies

  • Good knowledge of Active Directory management in Infrastructure, Entra ID and Microsoft tenants management.

  • Good cybersecurity knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity concepts

  • Good understanding on Privilege Access Management, Public Key

Infrastructure, Wallix, "Microsoft System Center Operation Manager"(nice to have)

  • Coordination of production activity related to ITIL processes: incident

management, change management, problem management, CMDB management

  • Ability to work also in Agile environments
