
Technical Domain Leader – Observability and Workstation

Job description
The candidate will serve as a strategic contributor, leveraging existing tools and actively participating in the definition and implementation of initiatives to achieve comprehensive coverage of the organization’s information systems.
As the Workstation Lead, the candidate will be accountable for deploying and maintaining end-to-end performance monitoring solutions. This approach will support both rapid incident detection and proactive mitigation of potential malfunctions, thereby enhancing reliability and operational assurance in IT management.
Main scope of the role
The candidate will be responsible for streamlining and maximizing the value of workstation performance data, ensuring actionable insights are available to stakeholders.
Oversight of the performance monitoring tool across the entire IT infrastructure will be a key responsibility, ensuring consistent application and optimization.
The overarching objective is to enable informed decision-making, improve responsiveness to IT challenges, and reinforce the company’s operational efficiency.
Job requirements
Between 6 to 10 years of experience in IS
Demonstrates comprehensive expertise in the technical domain, with a strong understanding of market-leading products and solutions.
Possesses proven experience in managing outsourced services, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives.
Thrives in an international environment, adapting effectively to diverse cultural and business contexts.
Builds and maintains productive relationships with all stakeholders, including IT teams, business lines, international branches, IT managers, and external partners, to support seamless collaboration and operational excellence.
Good knowledge of observability and monitoring tools (such as Dynatrace & Nexthink) Good knowledge of concepts related to application performance, AIOps, and log analysis.
Experience integrating or operating monitoring solutions on workstations would be an asset.
