Technical Domain Leader Telephony
Oversee and manage both operational and financial relationships with French and Belgian fixed-line telephony operators, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with contractual obligations.
Responsabilities & tasks
Lead the lifecycle management of isolated connectivity offerings (including Internet boxes, 4G, etc.), with accountability for billing processes and the continuous identification and implementation of service enhancements.
Direct and coordinate the execution of the "end of copper" project, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic business goals.
Foster strong collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external partners, maintaining active monitoring of evolving needs and proactively driving initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Maintain and Enhance the Independent Internet Access Portfolio:
Drive a product-centric strategy to ensure the continuous evolution and competitiveness of the Internet access offering.
Proactively identify, assess, and integrate emerging user requirements, collaborating cross-functionally and participating in dedicated task forces to address operational incidents.
Sustain and strengthen strategic relationships with fixed telephony providers, maintaining close alignment with the Telephony squad to ensure service excellence and operational continuity.
Interacts with other technical domains, local ITs from branches and anybody using Telephony services.

Job requirements
Candidate's profile
Between 6 to 10 years of experience in IS
Global knowledge of IP networking and telephony.
Management of contracts
Interact effectively with all stakeholders: IT teams, business lines, international branches, IT managers and external partners.

Engineer background
Technical skills - tools &technologies
-Knowledge of IP Network
-Good knowledge of fixed telephony (ISDN, RTC etc.) and contracts related. Coordination of production activity related to ITIL processes: incident management, changemanagement, problem management, CMDB management
Ability to work also in Agile environments
French & English advanced
