Technical Product Owner

Must have:

5+ years of experience

Product Ownership,

or

in Technical Project Management, a similar client-facing leadership role in IT outsourcing or software consulting.

• Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods.

• Strong Agile expertise, with hands-on experience leading cross-functional, globally distributed teams in Scrum/Kanban environments.

• Good technical understanding of software development, solution

architecture, APIs and integrations, allowing for seamless collaboration with engineering teams.

• Data-driven mindset, capable of leveraging analytics to drive decisions, optimize workflows, and enhance user experience.

• Exceptional communication skills, both client-facing and internal, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, align expectations, and negotiate priorities in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

• Experience working with remote / 3rd party team members in an Agile environment - a good grasp of Scrum and Kanban is a must.

• Fluent in English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Creative and proactive spirit and self-starter.
